How Black Leaders Exploit Their People for Political and Financial Gain

The killing of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman is showing how liberals – especially blacks – care more about getting the political upper hand than affecting long-term change in black communities. Black communities across America are disintegrating. Welfare policies pushed by liberal do-gooders have created a perpetual dependant class – good for winning elections but bad for the overall health of black families.

While the killing of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy, there are daily tragedies in black neighborhoods. For example, the unemployment rate for black males is at 18% while black youth unemployment was at 46.5% in late 2011. Who’s to blame? Whites? The rich? Are whites and the rich to blame for dramatic school drop-out rates? Are whites to blame for the way many black young people dress when they show up for job interviews?

Who should we blame for out-of-wedlock births? Welfare has led to the disintegration of the black family similar to how slavery affected the black family structure. Welfare family disintegration is worse than slavery because politicians and so-called black leaders believe that welfare is a right that is due blacks because of slavery. The welfare has done more to harm poor people than slavery ever did.

Who’s to blame for black-on-black crime? Here are some statistics from the Black on Black Crime Coalition:

While African Americans comprise 13.5% of the U.S. Population, 43% of all murder victims in 2007 were African American, 93.1% of whom were killed [by] African Americans.

The U.S. Justice Department provides a breakdown of homicides by the race of both the victim and offender. Looking at the data for 2005 (the latest year available), we find that whites committed 48.0% of all murders and blacks committed 51.2% of all murders. However, whites outnumber blacks in the population. In fact, non-Hispanic whites are about 69% of the population and blacks are about 13%. These statistics alone, shows that blacks are 13% of the population, but commit 51.2% of the murders, indicate that blacks commit a seriously disproportionate number of murders.”

None of this is to indict all blacks. There is a developing black middle and upper class in the United States. Their rise came about despite economic hardships, prejudice, bigotry, and outright racism. They didn’t use these as excuses to explain failure in the black community. They fought against it.

Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Maxine Waters are political opportunists. Their comments end up inflaming many in the black community and creating resentment among whites.

Florida Democrat Files Lawsuit to Remove Barack Obama from November Ballots

Up until now, everyone has believed that the efforts to declareBarack Obama ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States has been carried out only by Republicans.  That may have been true at one time but not anymore.

Michael Voeltz is a Democrat who has seen the evidence laid out on Obama’s eligibility and believes that the current occupant of the White House is not legally eligible to reside there.  Voeltz not only is a Democrat, but he was also an eligible elector for the Florida primary that took place on January 31, 2012.

According to his attorney, Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch USA, Voeltz says that he took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and that in so doing feels it is his obligation to file the suit.  He explained that there is not sufficient evidence that proves Obama was born in the US and there is no evidence that Obama’s father ever obtained US citizenship.  Both situations fail to meet the requirements of being a ‘natural born citizen’.

The lawsuit cites the findings of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department Cold Case Posse investigation that was made public on March 1.  The investigation said that there is substantial evidence to indicate that the birth certificate released by the White House in April 2011 is a forgery and that fraud was committed when it was made public and declared to be authentic by the White House.

Klayman is well experienced in the Florida courts as he was one of the attorneys that argued the Gore v Bush case in 2004.  He has also been a candidate for the state senate.  In speaking about Voeltz’s case, he said the suit named Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner along with the State Elections Committee as defendants.  He added,

“The requirement for natural-born citizenship, which is found in the U.S. Constitution, was intended to prevent foreign influences from ‘influencing’ an American president.  These ‘influences’ have regrettably been witnessed by the American people during President Obama’s term in office. It is clear the Founding Fathers intended to avoid such a situation, where an American president seems to frequently sympathize with and take actions benefitting foreign interests.”

Klayman added that even if it was proven that Barack Obama was born in the United States that he would still not meet the criteria of ‘natural born citizen.’  Obama’s father was born in Kenya when it was under British rule and according to British law made him a subject of the crown.

The lawsuit also points out that Florida officials never attempted to verify his eligibility in 2008 and have still not done so in 2012.  According to state law, they are required to ascertain the eligibility of everyone running for office in the state of Florida and they have failed in their duties to do so.

It’s about time someone takes some action against Barack Obama.  Ever since the Arizona investigation was made public three weeks ago, very little has been said or done to follow up on it.  For one of the rare times in my life, I actually have to applaud a Democrat for standing up for the law and challenging the leader of their own party.  We can only hope and pray that others, Democrats and Republicans alike, join in the effort and that lawsuits are filed in all fifty states and all US territories.

Additionally, Congress needs to get off their butts and take immediate action on the information supplied by the cold Case Posse investigation.  Obama needs to be tried, found guilty and imprisoned for impersonating the President of the United States when he had no legal right to do so and he knew it beforehand.  Obama is guilty of deliberately defrauding Americans in accepting all of the pay and benefits for a position he is not authorized to hold.  I’m sure if a group of constitutional and criminal lawyers looked into all avenues of what has transpired over the past 3 plus years, the list of crimes committed by Obama and his family (Michelle especially) would be long and they need to be held accountable for each and every crime they committed.

You know what the most fun aspect of this feature is?  The President does all my work for me.  For instance, here’s Barack Obama in an interview with Marketplacelast week (via Guy Benson):

Interviewer: With all respect, it was kind of a gutsy move I think to come to a solar facility. Your administration has staked a lot on clean technology, green jobs. The biggest item most people know about that strategy is, of course, a company named Solyndra, which your administration gave loan guarantees to, that then went bankrupt and has been the subject of many investigations. Are you doing your “all of the above” strategy right if that’s what we have to show for it — Solyndra?

Obama: We are doing the “all of the above” strategy right. Obviously, we wish Solyndra hadn’t gone bankrupt. Part of the reason they did was because the Chinese were subsidizing their solar industry and flooding the market in ways that Solyndra couldn’t compete. But understand:This was not our program, per se.

Er, the program got its funding from Obama’s stimulus bill, which his own economic team proposed before he even got into office in January 2009, and which he demanded Congress enact immediately.  Democrats controlled both chambers of Congress at the time and refused to let Republicans rewrite any of the stimulus plan.  When they asked to be included in the legislative effort, Obama told them, “I won.”

What else did Obama have to say about Solyndra?  Here’s the President visiting Solyndra in May 2010, taking credit for the program that lost $527 million in taxpayer dollars.  Note well what the White House’s own website says about Solyndra’s loan guarantees:

Today, President Obama visited Solyndra, Inc. in Fremont California – asolar panel manufacturer that is building a new facility (and creating new jobs) thanks to funding from the Recovery Act.  So far, construction of the new facility has created over 3,000 construction-related jobs and the new factory could create up to 1,000 long-term new jobs. And this is just one of countless stories that together account for the up-to-2.8 million jobs the Recovery Act is responsible  for by the CBO’s count.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand here’s the President’s own words on that occasion:

Government still has the responsibility to help create the conditions in which students can gain an education so they can work at Solyndra, and entrepreneurs can get financing so they can start a company, and new industries can take hold.

So that’s why, even as we cut taxes and provided emergency relief over the past year — we also invested in basic research, in broadband networks, in rebuilding roads and bridges, in health information technology, and in clean energy.  Because not only would this spur hiring by businesses — it would create jobs in sectors with incredible potential to propel our economy for years, for decades to come.  There is no better example than energy.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand here’s the Vice President announcing the loan approval in September 2009 and crediting Obama’s stimulus plan:

“This announcement today is part of the unprecedented investment this Administration is making in renewable energy and exactly what the Recovery Act is all about,” said Vice President Biden. “By investing in the infrastructure and technology of the future, we are not only creating jobs today, but laying the foundation for long-term growth in the 21st-century economy.”

Aaaaaaaaaaaand here’s the President himself in the 2010 State of the Union address talking about the investment his administration made in Solyndra, without actually saying their name:

Last year, we made the largest investment in basic research funding in history -– (applause) — an investment that could lead to the world’s cheapest solar cells or treatment that kills cancer cells but leaves healthy ones untouched.  And no area is more ripe for such innovation than energy.  You can see the results of last year’s investments in clean energy -– in the North Carolina company that will create 1,200 jobs nationwide helping to make advanced batteries; or in the California business that will put a thousand people to work making solar panels.

All of these links, by the way, come from the White House itself, along with other references to Solyndra and the credit due the stimulus bill for creating all of the jobs at the company.  It seems that Obama believes per se is Latin for “please don’t search our website.”

Julie's Story:
Dr. Corey is so much more than a "chiropractor" or even a "holistic chiropractor." He is an amazing human being who gives freely of his time and energy to others. Through his seminars, books and private sessions he offers healing advice and therapy that is unique and enduring.
My sons started seeing Corey several years ago. The first time, it was Hank, the middle of my three boys, who wanted his outlook adjusted because he kept crashing in ski races! It is so interesting to me now how very minor that issue really was. However, I think it seemed important at the time... Well, whatever Corey did to "fix" Hank, it worked and he had several successful finishes shortly after. Hank was hooked and wanted to keep seeing Dr. Corey. He was 12 at the time.
Fast forward 3 years. Hank was in a tragic car accident where he almost lost his life. Trapped in a car (that at one point caught on fire) for almost an hour due to a head-on collision, Hank was airlifted to the nearest hospital with a broken neck, open compound femur fracture, lacerated skull (TBI), a broken scapula and other lesser injuries. He suffered spinal cord damage and I was told he may never walk again. He spent hours in surgery and days in the ICU and many weeks in the children's hospital. One of the first things he asked for upon becoming alert was for Dr. Corey. Hank had been at a ski race in Mt. Hood so he was in a Portland hospital. I called Corey who immediately flew from SLC to Portland and spent three days tending to Hank while he was immobilized in his hospital bed. Through light therapy, muscle testing, gamma healing and whatever other magic he has up his sleeve, he was there for Hank. And, this care did not stop. Hank was flown home to SLC ten days later and spent 8 more weeks in the hospital. Although Corey lives about 30 miles away, he came to the hospital at least three times per week to see Hank. He never asked for payment or anything extra to cover his travel costs and time. He ALWAYS walked into the room with a smile and left with a hug.
Whatever the reason for success, Hank's story is a "miracle." Hank is now walking and functioning at a high level. While he will never regain what he had prior to the accident, his recovery is truly and utterly remarkable. Hank had a lot to do with his own recovery through his sheer will and determination, and his positive attitude; but if you ask him the most important people along the journey, he says the following, "I credit my healing to mainly three people: Jan Black, my PT; Alan, a ski trainer; and Corey." While the first two focused only on his physical body, Corey worked on his spirit and the parts of our healing that most conventional doctors do not address. Hank's ability to visualize and his belief in what Corey was doing, created a winning combination.
My three children, my mother and I have all received treatments from Corey. He has a depth of understanding and a sense of compassion that defies words. Upon first meeting Corey, it's hard to imagine that inside this imposing figure is a deeply sensitive and caring energy healer. I would recommend Corey to anyone and I will always be grateful for his role in helping to heal my son.
