Top U.S. lawyer: 'Obama guilty of serial fraud on multiple levels'
Many remember how Obama promised us: "If you like your health-care plan, you will be able to keep your health-care plan. Period.”
Most of us have found out that Obama lied to the American people when he said that. Now a lawyer is wanting to hold him responsible for his lie, that lawyer is Andrew McCarthy.
McCarthy is considered a top lawyer in the U.S. who prosecuted the World Trade Center bombers after the 1993 attacks.
McCarthy wrote in the National Review Online about Obama's massive fraud. He said, "if he were a CEO in the private sector, he’d be prosecuted for such deception."
McCarthy asks, "how would the Justice Department be dealing with it if it had been uttered by, say, the president of an insurance company rather than the president of the United States?
Fraud is a very serious offense and carries with it, if the person is convicted, by up to 20 years’ imprisonment. The law also includes that every repetition of a fraudulent communication is chargeable as a separate crime."
According to McCarthy, the federal sentencing guidelines also factor in things like, "the dollar value of the fraud, the number of victims, and the degree to which the offender’s treachery breaches any special fiduciary duties he owes."
He says that in the case of multi-million-dollar corporate frauds, the sentence can land the offender in prison for decades. According to the U.S. Attorneys Manual, prosecution for fraud is for “any scheme which in its nature is directed to defrauding a class of persons, or the general public, with a substantial pattern of conduct.”
According to the law fraud can be prosecuted even if the scheme is profitable or not to the person who perpetrated the scheme. All the prosecution needs to do is prove victims were harmed by the contemplation of the person who did the scheming.
McCarthy was on The Kelly File Wed. night discussing Obama's deception. He accused Obama of serial fraud. He said that kind of fraud "is far more serious than people who get routinely charged by the Justice Department."
The lie, "if you like your health-care plan, you will be able to keep your health-care plan," was repeated systematically and numerous times. The lie continued years after Obama knew the truth about what would happen. Obama's lie about health-care has resulted in millions of victims and will cost untold billions of dollars.
Like mentioned above this lie alone, if someone would prosecute Obama, would result in decades of imprisonment for Obama. McCarthy told Megyn Kelly, "If ever there has been a fraud on the entire American people it’s this one. And, I would say, Megyn, this business about, “you want your plan, you keep your plan,” is just the beginning of it."
He went on to say, "we’re talking about serial fraud on multiple levels and multiple level misrepresentations. This is an ‘in your face’ almost a crude fraud."

The word of God tells us in Leviticus 19:11, "Do not steal. Do not deceive or cheat one another (NLT). It's very clear by this verse alone that we should not deceive or cheat one another, which is exactly what Obama has done. He has lied to the American people numerous times.
The Bible is filled with admonitions against being dishonest and lying. When we do not keep our word we are guilty of lying. Even if the lie Obama told about health-care was his only lie, it's going to hurt millions of people. His deception will cost untold billions of dollars in losses to the U.S. economy.
There is however a remedy our founding fathers gave us for reigning in executive excess, this is impeachment. The lie about health-care is an enormous one, it is a scandal rife with "systematic dishonesty." If we want a future for our children, now is the time to stand up and face what's wrong with our nation.
Now is the time to fix what's wrong and stand against the corruption that is rife in our government. It's time to heed the words of Samuel Adams when he said: "If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin." It's time to take a stand against tyranny and fight for our liberty.
